Sekhawati is one of the famous desert regions in north Rajasthan with several ancient mansions, forts, temples and palaces. It is also known as the open air art gallery as one can find unique architecture and wall paintings of 18th and 19th century out there. The place has been named after the name of King Rao Shekha. The city has been founded by Thakur Nawal Singh in the year 1737.

Fatehpur: The city Fatehpur is world famous for its attractive frescoes. It is a royal town with several monuments and temples. You can also find unique paintings on the walls of traditional havelis present there.
